Relaxing here with family and friends happens over great meals from the varied restaurants serving everything from seafood to fast food. Met with Tim Russell yesterday evening to talk about what I am looking for in buying a home. He talked me through the current market situation and advised me of all the home buying options currently available. It was a no pressure, very informative presentation.

I am very excited and look forward to working with the Joe Manausa Staff, with purchasing our first home. We are thinking about buying a home in the near future but we do not know exactly where to start from. We found them very friendly, professional and courteous. She was professional, helpful and went above and beyond in the service she provided. Don't matter what time it was he would always respond back to us even if he was with his own family. I don't think we could of done this with out Alex. And definetly when we are ready to purchase our second home he will be the first one we call. We are so grateful for all of Manausa's help and could not be happier with the process and the end result. When our closing had a very slight hiccup (100% not his fault), we had to beg him to leave for the beach vacation with his wife that he was getting more and more late for. We were in the capable hands of Danny Manausa and the team at Manausa Law, but Kevin was determined to be there for us. John Bozeman is super responsive and easy to work with! I will certainly work with them in the future. We use Century 21 First Realty for all of our real estate transactions and have always been impressed with the degree of knowledge of thier real estate experts. Each transaction went very smoothly and I cannot reccomend then enough.
She also helped coordinate all aspects of the home buying process. We are so thankful for everything this entire team has done to make this a great experience. I live in Miami and needed help finding a home in Tallahassee. I worked with Caitlin and Kevin and am so grateful for their professionalism and knowledge.
